3. Mentoring and Coaching Disclaimer
ONELife provides mentoring and strategic life guidance, not licensed counseling, psychotherapy, medical, or financial advice. Information shared through mentoring sessions or digital content is for personal development and educational purposes only.
4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
Payments for mentoring sessions, courses, or app subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize ONELife Global, Inc. to charge the applicable fees.
Refunds are available for prepaid mentoring sessions canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session.
Digital or app-based subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings or the applicable app store. Refunds for digital services will be handled according to platform policies (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property available through ONELife—including text, graphics, videos, logos, and digital frameworks—are owned by ONELife Global, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONELife Global, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, mentoring services, or digital tools.
